Movement Pillar: Control

Control the movement. Master the result.

Forme Reformer takes everything you built in ROOT and turns it into one continuous ride. Using light weights and smart props, you’ll move seamlessly through controlled sequences that challenge your stability, precision, and muscular endurance — without a single waisted movement.

You must complete 3 ROOT Reformer classes before progressing to FORME. This isn’t stop-and-go. It’s intentional, fluid movement that lengthens, strengthens, and fine-tunes your movement patterns while keeping you fully in flow.

What to expect:

✔ Continuous flow with precise transitions
✔ Light weights and props to test control
✔ No momentum — just muscular endurance and focus
✔ Alignment, posture, and breath at the forefront
✔ Deep core recruitment and stabilizer work

Important Details:

  • Arrive: Doors open 15 minutes early so you can settle in, breathe, and claim your spot. But don’t be late—class starts on time & the doors close. Pilates waits for no one.

  • Shoes? Nope. Grippy socks are mandatory. Forgot yours? We’ve got cute ones for sale.

  • Bring: Water + clothes you can actually move in. (Reminder: no shoes. Ever.)

  • Relax: We get it—showing up can feel intimidating. But you’re in good hands. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way. This is a safe space for women to move, reconnect, and just be. Come exactly as you are.
