Fresh off completing her STOTT Pilates training and putting in loads of self practice, Lysh brings a thoughtful blend of classical Pilates and modern movement together in one unique experience.

Expect intentional, unhurried movement where precision comes before pace. Every exercise is rooted in purposeful breath, mindful alignment, and controlled movement designed to help you move with greater awareness and efficiency.

You'll explore the classical repertoire while experiencing modern variations that challenge your body in new ways, all with Lysh's calm, detail-oriented teaching style.

Whether you're looking to deepen your Pilates practice, refine your technique, or simply experience something different, this class is for you.

Available this summer only. Lysh will be leaving in September, making this a limited opportunity to learn from her before she's gone. Once this class is off the schedule, it's gone.
